Billsoul provides independent third-party bill payment assistance and billing support. We are not an internet, cable or mobile provider and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any provider.
Service fee
We charge a service fee for our assistance. The fee and the total amount are disclosed to you before any payment is processed, and a payment is submitted only with your authorization. You can pay your provider directly without our fee.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorized to use the account and payment method you provide.
Payments to providers
Posting times, late fees, credits and service decisions are controlled by your provider. We recommend confirming the payment on your provider account.
Refunds
If you believe a service fee was charged in error, contact us on +1 (888) 305-5869 or at sales@billsoul.org and we will review it.
Trademarks
All provider names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the providers whose customers we can assist.
Website use and liability
This website is provided for general information. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website.
